Tiago Pollon is a renowned music producer and entrepreneur, best known as the founding partner of PSP Estúdio. Bachelor in classical music and member of “Latin Grammy”. With a career spanning multiple decades, Tiago has worked with an impressive roster of artists, including Luiza Possi, Agnaldo Rayol, Chrigor, PG, Maestro João Carlos Martins, and Gabi Luthai, among others. His expertise has also been sought after by major record labels such as Sony and Deck Disck, as well as large corporations like Walmart (USA) and Decolar (BRA).

Tiago’s work has been featured on prominent broadcasters, including Multishow, Canalbis, TVZ, MTV, Mix TV, and Radio Kiss FM, and has been published in the music industry’s leading publications, Rolling Stone and Billboard. His entrepreneurial spirit has earned him recognition as a successful entrepreneur, with a cover feature in SEBRAE magazine.

Throughout his career, including 2x “Louvemos ao Senhor” Awards for Best Catholic DVD and the prestigious “Best of the Year” award in the “Best Recording Studio” category in 2023. He is also the author of “The Secrets of Compression”, a book that shares his expertise on techniques and the use of vintage compressors.

In addition to his production work, Tiago is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of music producers. With the support of Focusrite Brasil, he created the EU Produtor program, an online portal offering training and qualification courses for aspiring producers in Portugal, Italy, Brazil, and the USA.

As the owner of TP Records, Tiago is committed to launching new artists and promoting the independent music market. In 2024, he relocated to Italy, where he established his new studio, marking an exciting new chapter in his illustrious career.
